Configure Elevator Control Settings: In System Administration check the elevator check box in the panel under Access Control > Access Panel as well as in the reader under Access Control > Readers and Doors. Elevator controls will only work with the reader programmed on the first slot (0). You will not be able to add a second reader into address 1 even if there is a space for it on the board once the elevator controls have been turned on.
Connect to the Controller Configure the computers IP address in the range of 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254, except for 192.168.0.251 as this address is the default IP address of the intelligent controller. Turn DIP switches 1 OFF, 2 ON, 3 OFF, and 4 OFF. This sets the default IP of the board to 192.168.0.251 Supply 12-24 VDC to the board to power it on and then browse to the following address while on the same LAN: http://192.
Set the PIN Type on the Intelligent Controller In System Administration, go to the Access Control menu > Access Panels and then choose the right tab for the intelligent controller you are working with. Select your IC board, select Modify, and then choose the desired pin type. Here we are choosing a 4 digit pin. Enable PIN on the Reader Next, go to the Access Control menu > Readers and Doors and select the reader/keypad you are working on.
